Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $175. Your order total must be $175 or more after any discounts or promotions have been applied to qualify. This offer is valid for shipments within the United States only.
Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address will display our company name only, without any reference to intimate or adult products.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
Once an order is placed, it is promptly processed for fulfillment. For this reason, we are unable to change, update, or correct shipping addresses after an order has been submitted.
Orders are shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout. Packages delivered to that address are considered successfully delivered, even if the address was entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer.
The Intimacy Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided at checkout. This includes, but is not limited to, missing apartment or unit numbers, incorrect street names, invalid ZIP codes, or outdated addresses.
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment or refund options will be reviewed at that time. Additional shipping fees may apply.
In rare cases, an address change may be requested shortly after placing an order and only if the order has not yet entered processing. Address change requests are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
