What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are not available, so our team has enough time to prepare your stay. Unauthorized late check-out may result in an additional fee.
How is my privacy protected?
Privacy and discretion are at the heart of every stay. Only the registered guests listed on your booking are allowed inside the property, and visitors, parties, and events are not permitted. Personal photos and videos are welcome. Commercial or monetized content needs written approval before booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking. After that:
- 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund
- 14 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before check-in: no refund
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. This is an adults-only experience, and the minimum age to book is 25. Each stay allows a maximum of 2 registered guests, and the reservation holder must be present during the stay. Reservations are non-transferable and minors are not permitted.
How do I pay for my stay?
50% of the booking amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in. Reservations made within 30 days of check-in are due in full at booking.
